PT BBR Conducts First Cut Coal Mining Ceremony in Collaboration with PT OSP at PT BHP Site

Tamianglayang, Central Kalimantan — PT BBR officially held the First Cut Coal Mining Ceremony, marking the commencement of coal mining operations at PT BHP’s mining site located in Tamianglayang, Central Kalimantan. The project is executed through a cooperative partnership with PT OSP as the appointed mining supervision.

The ceremony was attended by employees of PT BBR and PT OSP, along with the management team of PT BHP, symbolizing strong collaboration and shared commitment among all stakeholders involved in the project.

The First Cut Coal Mining milestone represents a critical phase in the project lifecycle, signifying operational readiness, alignment of technical execution, and adherence to established safety and environmental standards. This moment also reflects the successful coordination between the owner, operator, and contractor in ensuring a structured and well-prepared start to mining activities.

From the perspective of PT OSP, the initiation of this project is viewed as a strategic partnership built on trust and mutual commitment.
