He has over 15 years of experience in the fields of geotechnical engineering, road and bridge design, and mining infrastructure, having explored several coal mining sites in Indonesia. Through that experience, he founded this company with several other commissioners.

Operation DirectorMaximilian Kolbe Widhi Wijayanto has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy from Universitas Gadjah Mada. He has over 15 years of experience in coal mining, including exploration, infrastructure work, and mining operations. Through his experience, he strengthened the company from an operational perspective, both in terms of projects and non-projects.
Irwanto Sinaga
General ManagerIrwanto Sinaga has obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Universitas Kristen Maranatha. He has over 15 years of experience in technical services at mining companies, particularly related to mining infrastructure planning. Through this experience, he led project operations related to mining, heavy equipment, and engineering consulting.

General ManagerAhmad Mahfud has over 15 years of experience in various types of building construction and managed numerous housing projects before joining this company. Through this experience, he strengthens the company from both the construction project and non-project management perspectives.
