Shrimp Pond Construction

This project, undertaken in Bengkulu in 2023, was a strategic infrastructure initiative aimed at delivering a fully build-ready site for PT Royal Shrimp Merah Putih Nusantara. The work involved comprehensive land clearing, site development, and critical civil construction to establish a stable and compliant foundation for the client's future facilities. All activities were executed under strict quality, safety, and schedule requirements set by the Owner/Client.

The project scope covered end-to-end technical and construction processes, beginning with engineering design encompassing site layout planning, earthwork volume calculations, and detailed civil structure specifications. This was followed by major earthworks, including land clearing, topsoil removal, and extensive cut-and-fill operations, along with key civil works such as culvert construction and initial surface preparation to support mobility and site operations. Final tasks included drainage construction, slope stabilization, and complete site grooming to ensure long-term site stability and readiness.

Through disciplined execution and structured reporting supported by daily, weekly, and monthly progress documentation the project successfully delivered a resilient and sustainable site platform. This achievement establishes a solid infrastructure base for PT Royal Shrimp Merah Putih Nusantara’s continued investment in Bengkulu and reflects a commitment to precision engineering and operational efficiency.
