Subcon Warehouse

The primary objective of this project is to establish a centralized, well-organized facility for storing materials, spare parts, and operational equipment for subcontractors under PT Kalimantan Prima Persada. This warehouse is designed to reduce procurement lead times, minimize material damage due to improper storage, and enhance the Client’s overall supply chain performance.

The project scope includes:
- Site preparation works;
- Civil and structural construction using heavy-steel framing and reinforced concrete flooring;
- Architectural installation and finishing;
- Mechanical and electrical systems, including energy-efficient lighting, ventilation, and compliant fire-fighting systems;
- Supporting infrastructure such as parking areas, loading docks, drainage, and external hardscape.
