Support for Excellent Road Management System PST Site MGM

The Excellent Road Management System (ERMS) at the PST Site MGM mine area in Laung Tuhup is one of the projects within the ESC division that focuses on supervising mine road activities, which include several main tasks such as:
a. Supervising the improvement of mine road quality of hauling road for coal along 35 km.
b. Consulting on mine road control (management).
c. Monitoring road performance based on several important KPIs such as the road URCI assessment then check with client, and soil bearing capacity assessment.
d. Assisted in planning next road management system for repair and maintenance the hauling road.
