The Excellent Road Management System (ERMS) at PPA Site BIB mine area in Angsana is one of the projects within the ESC division that focuses on supervising mine road activities, which include several main tasks such as:
a. Supervising the improvement of mine road quality for hauling road Pit to Disposal the main 4 segments of the road
b. Consulting on mine road control (management)
c. Monitoring road performance based on several important KPIs such as the speed of haulers crossing the roads, rain & slippery performance, road URCI assessment, and soil bearing capacity assessment
d. Monitoring the Front, Road, and Disposal activity related to fleet management and productivity
