Excellent Road Management System PPA site SKS

The Excellent Road Management System (ERMS) at the PPA Site SKS Gunung Mas mine area in Central Kalimantan is one of the projects within the ESC division that focuses on supervising mine road activities, which include several main tasks such as:
a. Supervising the improvement of mine road quality of Jl. Meranti and Jl. Satelit
b. Consulting on mine road control (management)
c. Monitoring road performance based on several important KPIs such as the speed of haulers crossing the roads, rain & slippery performance, road URCI assessment, and soil bearing capacity assessment
