Excellent Road Management System PPA site MIP

The Excellent Road Management System (ERMS) at the PPA Site MIP Lahat mine area in South Sumatra is one of the projects within the ESC division that focuses on supervising mine road activities, which include several main tasks such as:
a. Supervising the improvement of mine road quality from the OPD (OB to Disposal)
b. Consulting on mine road control (management)
c. Monitoring road performance based on several important KPIs such as the speed of haulers crossing the roads, rain & slippery performance, road URCI assessment, and soil bearing capacity assessment
d. Application of Geosynthetics for reinforcing the mining road on OPD Road 1
