AKP Mess Facilities Phase 6

This project represents a strategic initiative by PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama, Tbk. to enhance operational sustainability and strengthen employee welfare within its North Konawe mining concession. The development focuses on two core objectives: Environmental Sustainability and Employee Well-being.

1. Environmental Sustainability — IPAl
The project includes the installation of a modern WWTP to ensure the efficient and compliant treatment of all domestic wastewater generated within the mining site. This facility is designed to meet — and exceed — national environmental quality standards, reinforcing the Company’s commitment to responsible and low-impact mining operations.
2. Employee Well-being — Establishment of Recreational and Fitness Facilities
To support productivity and work–life balance, a range of premium facilities is being developed, including:
• Expatriate Lounge & Gazebo
• Expatriate Gym and Screen Golf
• Staff Gym
• Footvolley Court
These facilities are intended to promote physical and mental health while fostering team cohesion across the workforce.
