AKP Mess Facilities Phase 1

This project is a strategic infrastructure development initiative aimed at strengthening the operational capabilities and enhancing the overall employee welfare of PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama, Tbk, in support of the company’s business expansion in the industrial and mining sectors of Southeast Sulawesi.

The Scope of Work consists of the construction of three integrated key facilities, each serving a critical function in sustaining operational performance:
1. Head Office
Designed as the central administrative and command hub, ensuring an efficient and modern workplace environment that supports managerial activities, technical collaboration, and advanced IT and communication systems.
2. Employee Canteen
Developed to improve employee well-being through the provision of a hygienic commercial kitchen, comfortable dining area, and supporting recreational space that accommodate maximum workforce capacity.
3. Power House
Constructed to secure a reliable and independent power supply for the entire operational complex, equipped with high-capacity generators, automated control systems, and certified fuel storage facilities that comply with safety regulations.

Achievement Objective:
The integration of these facilities is expected to significantly enhance operational efficiency, workforce productivity and comfort, and long-term business sustainability for PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama, Tbk.
