Workshop Track T2 Jobsite Inde

This project involves the construction of a specialized workshop facility designed to support integrated and efficient maintenance and repair of heavy equipment within the Kaliorang operational area. In PT Kalimantan Prima Persada (KPP) operations, this workshop serves as a central hub for asset recovery and predictive maintenance.

The development aims to:
- expand maintenance capacity to accommodate higher repair volumes, reduce downtime, and thereby enhance site productivity;
- optimize workflow efficiency through a layout aligned with safety and lean-management standards; and
- standardize maintenance quality by ensuring a controlled working environment that complies with KPP’s quality assurance requirements.

The project scope encompasses civil, structural, and mechanical works, including land preparation and foundation construction for heavy-load capacity, erection of a wide-span steel structure equipped with an overhead crane, and installation of industrial ventilation, an environmentally compliant oil-and-grease management system, and supporting utility networks.
