Renovation of 2nd Floor & Repair of Kalipers Academy Fence

This project was a strategic initiative aimed at upgrading the physical infrastructure of Kalipers Academy to provide a modern, safe, and conducive learning environment for the development of human resources in the mining and industrial sectors. Executed as a comprehensive improvement program, it focused on modernizing educational facilities and strengthening perimeter security.

The renovation of the second floor concentrated on enhancing structural integrity, optimizing spatial layout, and upgrading all mechanical and electrical systems to energy-efficient standards. High-quality architectural finishes were applied to support long-term durability and create a professional academic atmosphere, resulting in significantly improved functionality and comfort for educational and administrative activities.

The fence repair works ensured the restoration of perimeter security through structural reinforcement, anti-corrosion treatment, and full repainting to extend asset lifespan and maintain institutional image. Completed in 2023 under PT Kalimantan Prima Persada, the project successfully delivered a modernized second-floor facility and a reinforced security boundary, strengthening Kalipers Academy’s capacity to support high-standard competency development programs.
